How to play

Sit face to face, phones out of reach. Choose the mood for the evening together: Closeness to reconnect, Romance to bring back attention, Thrills for desire (adults only).

1. One of you draws a card and reads it out loud.
2. You both do the exercise, taking turns when the card asks for it.
3. Any card can be skipped without explaining why. Draw another.
4. End each session with the "Afterwards" card or with a thank you.

The golden rules

• Listen without correcting. What your partner feels is true for them.
• No logistics. No children, bills or work during the game.
• Saying no is always allowed. It is what makes the yeses sincere.

Suggested length: 20 to 45 minutes, once or twice a week. One card lived fully beats ten cards rushed through.
