Privacy policy

This page explains what data we collect on playlove.cards, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is the publisher of the site, named in the legal notice.

What we collect

• Orders: your email address, the games bought, the amount, the date, the order number and the chosen language. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never see your card number.
• Space for two: the first names or nicknames, wishes and dates you enter, plus a technical identifier for each linked phone. This data is used only to display the space on your two phones.
• Technical data: the hosting provider keeps connection logs (IP address, pages visited) for the security of the site.
• Emails: the messages you send us at contact@playlove.cards.

We do not create accounts, we do not send newsletters, and we neither buy nor sell any data.

Why

To process your order and deliver it (performance of the contract), to keep our accounts (legal obligation), to run the space for two you created (performance of the requested service) and to protect the site against abuse (legitimate interest).

Who has access

Stripe for payment, OVH for hosting the site and emails. No other third party. We do not transfer your data outside the European Union.

How long

Orders are kept for ten years under accounting obligations. Emails exchanged with customer service are kept for three years. The space for two is kept for as long as you use it; you can ask for its deletion at any time.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies needed for it to work: a session cookie for the basket and security, and a phone identification cookie for the space for two, valid for one year. No advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools. That is why you do not see a consent banner.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, the restriction of processing, object to processing or ask for its portability. Write to contact@playlove.cards from the address used for the order; we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the data protection authority of your country, for example the CNIL in France.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Download links are limited in time and in number of uses. The space for two is only visible on the two linked phones.
